Return & Refund Policy

CANCELLATION 

1) Great Tree International reserves the rights to delay delivery or cancel any orders if the product is not available for any reasons our customer service will notify you if that is the case.

2) You are not allowed to cancel the order once bank in/ an order confirmation email is issued and/or the parcel has been collected by courier rider.

 

RETURN / EXCHANGE

3) You shall examine the goods immediately upon receiving for any deficiencies and/or damages. Claims (if any) must be informed customer service or email at ecommerce.greattree@gmail.com within 7-14 days upon receiving, otherwise we reserve the rights to reject the claim.

4) If the product was damaged during delivery, we will exchange it with a new one and bear all shipping costs.

5) Products that have been opened or consumed and feedback such as “no effect,” “not suitable,” or “sensitive”, customers have to provide us with a picture to prove. We allow exchange of other products.

6) If the customer requests a product exchange after purchasing from Great Tree International website and the product is not damaged or defective, the customer is required to bear both the return and re-delivery shipping fees. If products that have been opened are not eligible for refund or exchange.

7) Upon confirmation of the return item, the customer is required to send back the product to our appointment warehouse.

8) You shall be responsible for the risks and condition of the product to be returned until it is received by us. We shall hold no liability for any loss or damage to the product prior to the product received by us. You are advised to pack the product safely to prevent any loss or damage to the product or its box or its original packaging.

9) Exchange of the product or refund for the product can be arranged for the following reasons:

● If the products delivered is in damaged or defective condition: or

● If the products is near expiry or expired less than 6 months; or

● If the product is different from the order delivered.

● Sample or free gift that less than 6 months are not eligible to refund

Products for return shall be returned in its original condition, quantity and packing as it was first delivered to customer together with proof of purchase.

10) We will inspect the returned product upon return by you. If one or more of the conditions in clause 9 above is fulfilled, you are entitled to exchange (subject to stock availability).

11) Customs procedures and regulations vary by country and may result in outcomes beyond our control. Any international deliveries held by customs are not the liability of our company.

12) Promotion/Sale items and purchases made with discount coupons are non-refundable nor exchangeable.

13) If any product(s) which was not included in your order was delivered to you, deliver back to the warehouse and we will bear the delivery fee.

 

REFUND

14) If you have been charged for a product which has not been delivered, we shall re-deliver / refund you the value of the product as originally charged to you.
