Terms & Conditions (T&Cs)

1. Eligibility

Applicants must be 18 years or older.

2. Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password, and for all activities conducted under your account. Great Tree International Sdn Bhd (“the Company”) shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account.

3. Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly to ensure it remains accurate, current and complete. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided is false, misleading, or incomplete.

4. Prohibited Use

You shall not use your account or the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes. Any violation of applicable laws or these Terms may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account without notice.

5. Account Limitation

Each individual is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) account on the Platform, unless expressly authorized in writing by the Company.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

By creating an account, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data by Great Tree International Sdn Bhd, as well as its affiliated companies outside Malaysia, in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy and in compliance with applicable data protection laws, including the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (Act 709).

7. Suspension and Termination

The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you are found to be in violation of these Terms or engaged in activities that may harm the Platform or other users.

8. Amendments to Terms

Great Tree International Sdn Bhd reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any such changes shall take effect upon prior written notice or by posting the updated Terms on the Platform. Your continued use of the account and Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Declaration

I hereby certify that all information provided in this application is true, complete, and accurate. I further confirm that I have read, understood, and agreed to the Terms and Conditions stated herein.
